To dispute any charges to your LES.NET account, please submit a Support Ticket with evidence from the LES.NET Call Detail Records (CDR) within 30 days and we will do our best to help resolve the issue.

If you have a complaint regarding your telecommunications services that we haven't been able to resolve, The Commissioner for Complaints for Telecommunications Services (CCTS) may be able to assist you.
